Stoppppppppppppp Eating!

So those who know me, know I am an obsessive workout person.....but i am also a crazy compulsive overeater and food lover which not only doesnt balance out the workouts, but have been making me gain weight!!! My whole life i was this skinny twig so everyone was always like "Eat...eat more, eat more"....that philosophy somehow carried into my now 26 year old slowing metabolism days and i need to stop!
I definitely am a regularly "healthy" eater...that is for the first 2 meals of the day! I always have egg whites, a banana, or some kind of fruit for breakfast. I drink green tea or coffee.
For lunch 90% of the time it is a salad w/ chicken or on occasion a spicy tuna roll...
But dinner is where it goes bad about half the time! Most the time i am making salmon, brown rice or grilled chicken and asparagus....but the other half the time its my bf ordering pizza, pick up stix or buffalo wings! I have no willpower if its in my face then SABOTAGE!
The other problem is drinking...i dont drink a ton, but i think all this wine i drink here and there after work to "relax" has added up to some lbs and im not happy about it!
So this month i have made a goal (started on March 12th) to not drink until April 11th (ill be in Vegas that day)..or if i can to go even longer! I want to see how much weight i lose! As of today i am down 5 lbs and its only been 5 days...but i have also been cutting some other things.
I am not buying cheese b/c if its in my fridge ill eat it!, I had a detoxing process done to my body, I made my bf promise not to order the above 3 mentioned things (pizza, pick up stix or buffalo wings) we will see how that goes!, and i am trying to control my portions which is the hardest for me since i workout everyday and am just HUNGRY! I have already said no to sweets a few times and am just trying to be more food conscious in general.
So hopefully on April 11th i can come back and report some weight loss and healthy changes!
We shall see!!!!!
